No. Route Shipping Protection is completely optional. Customers have full control over whether to include it or not during checkout.
How Route appears at checkout
During the checkout process, you’ll see a small box labeled “Route Shipping Protection” in your cart summary. You can simply check or uncheck this box at any time before completing your purchase:
- Checked: Route protection will be added to your order for a small fee based on the total value of your purchase.
- Unchecked: Route protection will not be added. Your order will proceed without this optional coverage.
Because Route is customer-selected, it cannot be added without your consent.
