1. Check your spam or junk folder
Promotion emails are sometimes filtered by your email provider. Look for a message sent from hello@idjnow.com. Adding this address to your safe-sender or contacts list helps ensure you receive future messages.
2. Make sure your email address was entered correctly
A simple typo during sign-up can prevent the message from being delivered. If you signed up on a pop-up form or mobile device, this is especially common.
3. You may have already signed up before
Many promotions—such as first-time buyer incentives—are limited to one use per customer. If you previously signed up using the same email address, you may not receive the code again.
Incognito or private browser windows can sometimes allow the form to appear again, but the system will still recognize that the email has already received that promotion and will not resend a new code.
