How to Submit a Return Request
- Login to your account and go to "My Account"
- Go to "My Orders" found on the left tab. All orders associated with your account will appear on your screen.
- Locate the return eligible order you'd like to submit a return request for and select the action "Return". You will be given a list of return eligible items from that order. Check off the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Select the quantity you'd like to request return for per item (partial quantity returns are accepted), choose the reason for return per item, select the current item condition and finally choose your desired resolution
- In the "Message" section, please describe the issue in detail. You may provide further helpful notes here.
- Capture images of the item(s) you are returning, then attach them as a file
- Review our Return Policy and check the box to acknowledge
- Submit your request!
Idjnow will not accept a return that does not have an associated RMA#. Items returned to idjnow that have not been authorized or that fall outside of the terms of our return policy will be returned at the expense of the buyer. Idjnow does not reimburse shipping and handling charges incurred to have items shipped back to us, including packaging material, boxes, etc.
Idjnow reserves the right to deny any return that does not adhere to our said policies. Certain items are ineligible for return. By purchasing from idjnow you acknowledge all posted guidelines and policies.
